In the center of the National Park of Mercantour, situated at 1000 m of altitude, only 60 km from the Mediterranean Sea,
lies this lovely orchard transformed into a camping area, nestled at the bottom of the medieval village St Martin Vésubie
which overhangs the river Vésubie, where trout is plentiful.
You can join the centre of the village in five minutes by a path, to do your shopping, or to strole along it's picturesque
street, where a stream bubbles in the middle of it witch dates from the 13 century. |

St Martin Vésubie is the most animated village of the valley of the Vésubie with it's shopping centre, bathing pool, it's tennis courts, also scenopark "Alpha" a park of wolves in the Boréon.

Theres plenty of athletic activity all round such as sports alpine, climbing, via ferrata, randoms on foot through the National
Park of Mercantour and in the Valley of Merveilles.
Rivers full of trout and many lakes up in the heights, canyonning, tennis, swimming, bow and arrow shooting, bicycle riding, equation etc... |

Situated in a green and flowered spot it's an ideal camping base for visiting our region.
This small camping area of 50 places in the shadow of fruit trees that limited the camping site, welcomes you in a homely atmosphere,
for your relaxation and discoveries for all the family. You can have all information and good advice for your randoms in the National
Park of Mercantour wich will save you lots of time
Installations are the following:
Sites with electric plugs for tents, caravans and camping cars and service area. A spacious caravan may be rented. Two sanitary blocks
with hot water, showers, table for changing baby, WC, sinks for washing dishes washing machine, telephone booth.

How to join us by car
ITINERARY 50 KM 1 hour
From the autoway A8, "La Provençale", come out of Nice at St Isidore (exit n°52), drive on RN202 take direction Digne on distance 18 Km.
Coming out of the village Plan du Var, take the road on the right Route Départementale 2265, where the road going to the valley of the
Vésubie is indicated. The go on for 32 Km, through the gorges of the Vésubie, through Cros d'Utelle, St Jean de la Rivière, Le Suquet,
Lantosque, Roquebillière, then you get to Saint Martin Vésubie.
